BrandHouzz Digital is a UK-based digital marketing consultancy located in Aberdeen, specialising in campaign strategy and execution for complex industries (primarily B2B).
Role Description:
This role can be full-time or part-time, and it is based in Aberdeen, with an option for hybrid working. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, creation, and management of marketing campaigns for our clients. Responsibilities include implementing social media marketing tactics, creating web content, analysing web analytics, implementing SEO tactics, and, most importantly, continuously learning on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content strategy development: collaborate on creating and implementing content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Content creation, management and distribution: develop, produce and manage the dissemination of high-quality content across all content channels.
- SEO: optimise content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Editorial planning: manage editorial calendars and ensure timely content distribution across platforms.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams and external agencies on content creation and copywriting.
- Performance analysis: analyse content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand consistency: maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all content outputs.
- Continuous learning and adaptation: stay updated with industry trends and best practices in B2B digital marketing and content creation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing role.
- Excellent marketing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in web content writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in B2B and /or professional services marketing is a plus.
- A degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is great but not required.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
